All items are made to order, we, unfortunately do not offer any returns or refunds. We deal with every return enquiry on a case-by-case basis. We pack all our items with extra care and attention, doing our best to ensure that the items you purchased arrive to you in great conditions.

We pride ourselves in carrying high-quality jewelry and clothing. All of our items are sterling silver (unless other wise stated) and do not tarnish. However, to ensure longevity of jewelry, we advise to handle the items with care. Although the color will not change, it is recommended to keep jewelry dry and away from water to keep crystals shiny. Once again, please handle jewelry with proper care.

Ring Size Policy

We want you to love your ring(s) as much as we do. We recommend that you make every effort to establish the ring size accurately at the time of the order. If you bought the wrong ring size, unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. Please be aware that ALL rings are limited in their range of size.Please contact us at trendywayz@aol.com if you have any questions on our policies. Allow up to 5-7 business days for a response. We receive a high volume of e-mails daily and respond in the order they are sent. Please include your order number and full name + e-mail address the the order was placed under.
